Welcome to our blog!




We've been some pretty busy bees lately. Our premier issue will hit stands on July 1, 2011. After almost two years of work and preparation, we are finally in print. We hope to have the website up and running soon, too. We'll keep you updated on this blog and our facebook page.
We're really proud of our premier issue. Marco Sedda from Giovanni Ristorante is the Chef Spotlight. His passion for true Italian cooking and genuine love of cooking make for a wonderful profile. The incredible photography of Kyle Dreier (cover at left and Marco above) captures the essence of Giovanni and Marco beautifully. We are indebted to Kyle for his endless support and contributions.
Also in this issue, we followed Billy Terrell and Team Manwagon to Memphis in May, the international barbecue competition. The weather was terrible, but the 'cue was incredible. Kristie Brooks sat down to talk to Billy about his experience and future returns. It's a fun feature with Billy's personality coming through to give you some laughs.
The issue is full of recipes and stories and we hope you enjoy each and every one of them. Don't forget to give some feedback! We would love to hear your input. Stay tuned for more information and keep an eye out for the premier issue on July 1st.
